CRUISIN' SEINE RIVER

The Seine River is a very important waterway of Paris. It is included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1991.

Mosts of Paris' historical buildings and/or structures are located near the bank of the river. The city's impressive 32 bridges are also found in this river. Along the riverbanks are floating restaurants, bars and cafes.

The Seine is popular to tourists for the excursion boats plying at the river. The boats operate just like the hop on-hop off bus. For me, this is more scenic and relaxing than the bus version. I just stayed in the boat, I never hopped on and off until I came back on the station where I embarked.
