ISLAND HOPPING AND DOLPHIN WATCHING (BOHOL)

Thank goodness it didn't rain on our third day in Bohol (at least in the morning) or else we couldn't go island hopping, dolphin watching and snorkelling.

We woke up as early as 5am to give us more time to prepare and meet our boatmen at the beach. It's only in the morning, let me stress , early in the morning that you can have a chance to see the dolphins. It's their feeding time. .

As we were sailing, a rainbow can be seen from the horizon over panglao island , could that be a sign that no more rain ?

After a few hours of going aroud the sea trying to find the dolphins we finally saw them.

it's so amazing to see them in the open sea.

Everytime dolphins surface to the water, all the tourist boats seems like racing each other to reach the spot. It's exhilarating, being on one of the boats out-manuevering each other just to give the tourist what they paid for. They need to get to the dolphins fast or else they will be gone.

Later on, the boatman decided that we better go to Balicasag island because dolphins' feeding time is over.

Since we went out  so early and not able to eat breakfast we ate at the carinderia in the island after snorkelling

You can chose to have your fresh seafoods and/or meat fried or  grilled  with additional charge We had eggs, scrambled..(hahaha!).. fish and meat costs double(or triple) the price in the mainland.

Afterwards, we sailed back to Panglao island. I wanted  to go to the Virgin island but my companions didn't want to go anymore , they got  scared of the big waves. Surprising that of all people I should be the one panicking in the middle of the sea because I don't know how to swim which makes me so afraid of deep waters but during that time I think I was the bravest..(hahaha).

the Virgin Island taken while i'm in the boat
Well i did got scared a little bit  when we were like  in the middle of two big waves, I thought the boat will capsize and the  other boats where nowhere near us. But all in all it was a good experience.
